Ottawa is generally known as a “sleepy” city but we’re constantly stepping our game up to prove the haters wrong. This past weekend, a brand new club opened in “the market” that will put a stop to the phrase “there’s nothing to do in Ottawa”. Move over, Tequila Jack’s, and say hello to your new 90’s-themed neighbour; Room 104 is “just a room”, located at 104 Clarence St, that speaks to the 90’s kid in us all with walls plastered with teen heartthrobs. But its biggest selling feature is something we’ve all been missing from our Friday night turn up… arcade games! From air hockey to pinball, you can test your high scores and compete for bragging rights with the boys. Did we mention there are over 100 shots with names like “The Cookie Monster” and “Lick My Lollipop”? If you try all 100 shots, you will end up on Room 104’s Wall of Fame. If you’re not a shot caller, they also have Vegas-style yard drinks that you can take home with you. Not into drinking? They’ve got something else to stuff your face with: 90’S THEMED FOOD (we’re screaming). We told you, this is not your average bar.
Open 7 days a week from 8pm – 12am, NO COVER EVER.
Every night is a different world (see what we did there?).
